Safety & image removal
You can ask for help without joining Stick Town or signing in.
The game is for adults, but anyone can make a safety report, including someone under 18. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This form is not an emergency service.
You can also contact safety@stick.town. If the form does not work, email the location, a brief explanation and a way to contact you. For an intimate-image removal notice, also include your typed signature, whether you are the depicted person or their authorized representative, and your good-faith belief that publication was nonconsensual. Do not attach imagery.
Remove intimate imagery shared without consent
If an intimate image or video of you was shared on Stick Town without your consent, you or someone authorized to act for you can request its removal. This includes qualifying digitally altered or generated intimate imagery.
Choose “Intimate imagery shared without consent” on the report form. Provide enough information to find it, a brief good-faith statement that it was published without your consent, contact information, and your typed signature. You do not need a Stick Town account.
For a valid request, we must remove the reported intimate depiction as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving it, and make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies. You do not have to find the duplicates yourself.
You will receive a request number and a private status link. Keep that link to check the outcome. If information is missing, we may ask for the details needed to locate the content or assess the request. An ordinary headshot is not automatically intimate imagery; impersonation or misuse of a photo can still be reported as other abuse.
Report child sexual exploitation
Report suspected child sexual abuse material, sexual enticement, trafficking or exploitation through our child-safety report form. Give the location and what happened. Do not download, upload, email or redistribute suspected abuse material to make a report.
You can also report directly to NCMEC’s CyberTipline. Stick Town’s own reporting obligations are separate: apparent covered violations must be reported to NCMEC as soon as reasonably possible after we obtain actual knowledge.
Material included in a completed provider CyberTipline report, together with applicable contextual material, must be securely preserved for one year after submission. Access must be limited to those who need it for the reporting and preservation process. A preservation requirement does not make the material available to players.
Other abuse and your information
Use other abuse for harassment, threats, impersonation or other town-rule violations. In town, you can also open a person’s profile to report or block them, or leave a conversation.
Report details are used to investigate and respond, restrict harmful content, and meet legal duties. They are available to authorized operators, not other players. Necessary information may be disclosed to NCMEC or law enforcement as permitted or required by law. Ordinary deletion schedules do not override legal preservation requirements. See our privacy policy.
More help
The FTC explains the TAKE IT DOWN Act. If a platform does not provide a removal process or fails to act on a valid request, you can report that platform to the FTC.
NCMEC’s Take It Down service helps with intimate imagery made when someone was under 18. StopNCII.org offers help for adults. These are separate services and do not replace a report to Stick Town.
